I rarely take time to review a book on Amazon but this book really helped me. I was playing kickball and the sprinting from base to base had made my Achilles tendon sore to the point where I considered quitting the team to recover. Using the exercises in this book I was able to finish the season and now am pain free. Thank you Jim Johnson! I have also lost mobility in my wrist from attempting a handstand movement years ago and overstretching my wrist backward and wish this author would write a similar book on sprained and strained wrists so I can bend my wrist backward fully again.
I was suffering this tendinitis for 8 months period. Read the book, understood the problem, and start to practice the exercise .... in less than 2 weeks the pain decrease and the improvement is already about 80%
Good explanations, well written, easy to understand, supported by medical evidence, good suggestions, detail, and diagrams for the rehab exercises.
